All autocorrelation data runs with acorr.m are complete.
The input for the summation notebook in Mathematica was unclear, even after I read the notes in "Nanorod/nanocrystal blinking", so unfortunately I was unable to start this stage of data processing.
Also, in attempting to not save over previous work with the illumination notebook, I somehow didn't save the illumination run we did today. Fortunately the results are recorded in "Microscope + Optics Book II." I attempted to rerun the illumination notebook, but I am not sure how successful I was.
All three data runs from today are saved both on the Dell they were taken on and in Robert Mohr/Summer 08/NC549 on the lab iMac.
